Having problems logging into your library account?
A small number of people have reported problems logging into their library account via the Library Catalogue. We are finding that this is mainly affecting Internet Explorer 8 users. If you use IE8 and encounter this problem please try the following:
- Open up the internet and go to Tools and then Internet Options.
- Under Browsing History click on Delete.
- Tick the top four boxes (Preserve Favourites, Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History) and then click on Delete.
- Try logging back into your library account. If this still doesn’t work close and re-open Internet Explorer and try again.
